I tried a new recipe this evening. This is a chocolate chip pound cake but instead I made it into 6 little minis. Many bowls used, geez, but it was so worth it. This new recipe will be a new addition to our family. There was a little bit of cream cheese in the middle that helped break up some of the sweetness of the chocolate. Also original recipe had called for unsweetened cocoa. I didn't have on hand but did have normal cocoa. Used that and I don't think that caused any problems. There are 4 more left...I wonder how long they will last :0)
