Pork Chops with Cheese - edited
Didn't even think that cheese on pork chops would be a good thing. And I am wrong ;). Found a recipe that I will be trying tonight. Going to serve with cheese biscuits, might as well keep the cheese theme going & broccoli (no cheese).

So I made this. I did make 1 change to the recipe. I don't like mayo so instead I added Ceasar salad dressing. Also, no clue why...but wanted egg on it. So I cooked 2 eggs in 2 mini loaf pans. Served the egg over the chops. Hubby, loved, loved, loved. Will be making again.

Leftover Roast & Red Lobster Biscuits
So, Thursday night we had a beef roast. With it just being two of us, we tend to have leftovers. Although the roast would have been fine the next day, I wanted something just a little different. I took the leftover roast & sliced it. Used up all the gravy & poured it over the meat. Took a box of red lobster cheese biscuit, made it up per the directions & spooned it over the meat. Baked on 425 for about 15-20 minutes. YUM!!!! Next time though, I will add more gravy. The biscuits in certain areas were a little on the dry side.

Roast in a crock pot
So yesterday morning I came across a new recipe to make a roast. Normally I make it with gravy & onion soup mix. But for some reason I wanted a cream soup in it, instead of gravy. Well lucky me came across a recipe to suite my needs. Just one thing, I needed 2 cans of a cream soup, and for some reason I had just one. Really??? A couponer that doesn't have a stock pile of soup??? Yeah, head hanging down in shame. BUT!!! I think it might have been a good thing. The recipe called for 1 1/2 cups of water. With a little change, less water...and soooo much flavor.
Roast, beef (no idea what the pounds were)
1 onion soup packet
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of french onion soup (oh yeah!!!! my secret!!!!!)
1 can of mushrooms
I had it in the crock pot on low for 10 hours. Then it was on warm until hubby got home. Served over noodles. Its not thick, so if you like it thicker, got for it. No knife needed either :0)

New Cross Stitch for 2017
Honestly wasn't planning on starting a new one. But on FB there are HAED groups. One of them is ran by the owner of HAED. She will have challenges. When you complete the challenge you get a free chart. You don't know what the chart is, so you do the challenge hoping its a good one ;)
But really, I don't do the challenges for the charts. Have enough in my stash to last me many life times. I do the challenge, for the challenge itself. Plus gives me a great excuse to start this new one. I have been wanting to start her for years!!!!!
